By now, you should have downloaded the overprint file and used the Scantron software to generate the scannable attendance sheet.
Once you've done so, please try bubbling in the attendance, scanning the forms using the Scantron utility and then uploading the data into ASISTS.
Please give us feedback on the format of the overprint form and the scanning and uploading process.

The scanner is programmed to read tests, surveys and ballots. Attendance forms are not an option and the scanner does not recognize them.
We were finally able to generate and print the attendance sheets. Now we are having issues with scanning the sheets for the upload back to ASISTS. The error message has to do with the Class ID which is generated from ASISTS to the scanned sheets. Is anyone else having this issue?
I was able to print the attendance sheets and scan the bubbled in attendance sheets. However, now when i go to upload the overprint and attendance sheet scanning file i get an error from asists that says "parameter value 5.25 is out of range." I tried it from scratch with week 50 and now im getting "parameter value 6.00 is out of range". HELP!
Today, I scanned 4 bubbled-in sheets from a previously generated overprint file. The last of the 4 sheets had just one student on it and hours were bubbled in for that student. The OBS software did not read the data on that last sheet.I verified this by examining the 'scannded data' file. Also, a system message indicated that 3 sheets were scanned.
Must the OBS software be 'told' which sheet is the last one?

Upon importing the overprint and scanned data files I got a message saying my file was uploaded successfully. What file and how can I see it?
I expected to: see the uploaded hours in a 'holding' space, verify the accuracy of the hours there and then give a 'go ahead' for placement of those hours in ASISTS. The pilot instructions say 'the data will be merged into the daily Contact Hours table manually while we are in the BETA phase. Please let me know what to expect. Thanks,
